Welcome to LK Brand. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our website [www.lkbrand.in], or using our reseller/manufacturer services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

1. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Our", "Us" – refers to LK Brand.
• "User", "You", "Your" – refers to customers, resellers, manufacturers, and visitors using our services.
• "Products" – refers to sarees, kurtis, lehengas, ethnic wear, and other items offered by LK Brand.
• "Services" – includes product sales, reseller dashboard, courier integration, payment solutions, support tickets, and all other features provided by LK Brand.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
• Resellers and manufacturers must provide accurate business details during registration.
• By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
• LK Brand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Products & Services

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations in color, design, or fabric may occur due to photography, lighting, or manufacturing processes.
• LK Brand reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Razorpay, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or Bank Transfer.
• In case of payment failure, orders may be automatically canceled.
• LK Brand is not responsible for charges applied by your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.).
• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout but may vary due to logistics.
• You will receive real-time tracking updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
• In case of delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances, LK Brand will not be held liable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only under specific conditions, subject to admin approval.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after approval, credited to the original payment method.
• Refund receipts with UTR details will be shared via PDF.
• Cancellations must be requested before dispatch; once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8. Reseller & Manufacturer Policy

• Resellers must comply with LK Brand’s guidelines for pricing, branding, and promotions.
• Products purchased for resale may not be replicated, copied, or rebranded without written permission.
• Manufacturers working with LK Brand must ensure authenticity, timely supply, and quality assurance.
• Violation of reseller/manufacturer terms may lead to account suspension and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, product images, descriptions, designs, and dashboard UI, is the property of LK Brand.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Upload harmful, obscene, or misleading content.
• Interfere with our website’s security or attempt unauthorized access.
• Resell products under LK Brand’s name without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

• LK Brand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers, payment gateways, or external service providers.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• All customer data, including payment and courier details, is stored securely with encryption.

13. Termination

• LK Brand reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time for violation of these terms.
• Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

• LK Brand may update these Terms of Service at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
